Students who want to participate in Track or Tennis need to have their sports packets filled out and ready to take to the coaches on the first day,.   This includes a sports physical.  Students may use physical on file with VMS from previous sports.  All other forms must be renewed.  Forms are to be printed from the VMS website under ATHLETICS.
