*The middle schools have instituted a cut policy for volleyball, basketball, and tennis.
Requirements to Participate in Extra Curricular Activities
Requirements to play:
1. Activity & Athletic Eligibility Checklist must be completely filled out and signed by both the athlete and parents/Guardians. This needs to be turned at the first night of practice.
2. Health Examination must be on file before the athletes are allowed to compete in practice or competition. This needs to be turned in the 1st night of practice.
3. Consent Form needs to be filled out for each sport your student participates in.
If athlete is not riding the bus after an event and riding with someone other than the parent/guardian:

5. $12.00 Sports Fee must be paid prior to the 1st game/match/meet to be eligible to compete in that meet. This fee must be paid to the school bookkeeper or Click here to pay online. Do not give a check to the coach.
Parent Meeting: Each team will have a required parent meeting at the end of week one, or the beginning of week two. The coaches will make the location, date, and time known when the season begins.
