During the week of October 18th-21st, Vallivue Middle School will be holding training for parents and students regarding safe cell phone and social media usage. 

During their Advisory period, students will be given age appropriate information about the dangers associated with cell phones.

On Thursday October 20th, the Canyon County Sheriff's Office will be hosting a social media awareness class for parents. The class will start at 6:30 PM in the cafeteria, and will be no longer than an hour.

This training is to provide awareness for parents regarding adolescent cell phone and social media use. The content covered in this class is for adults, and young children are not advised to be in attendance.
